Looking ahead, VASS is focusing on helping customers see beyond traditional CMS platforms. “We want to show the value of centralized, orchestrated, omnichannel experiences that a DXP can deliver,” says Sergio. Educating the market on the difference between CMS and DXP is a top priority.
